Best Friends

Best Friends
Originally uploaded by Lady-bug.
My mom (on the left) and her best friend Cindy, who came to Boston to spend time with me yesterday. We had such a wonderful time, and I was so happy that they came. Unfortunately I had to say goodbye after a few hours and go back to work.

Life isn't always easy for a grasshopper

This grasshopper (or grasshider in this case) was found on the edge of the field that had recently been hay harvested. I didn't notice until I uploaded my pictures that the poor grasshopper had lost one of his antennae.
